To purchase medical cannabis, you must have a valid medical marijuana card issued by the state of Ohio. Non-medical cannabis can be purchased without a medical card.

How do I get a medical marijuana card in Ohio?

To obtain a medical marijuana card in Ohio, you need to visit a certified doctor who can recommend medical cannabis. After approval, you can register with the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program.

Can I consume cannabis on-site at your dispensary?

No, consumption of cannabis is not allowed on-site at our dispensary. You must consume cannabis in the privacy of your home or other designated consumption areas.

What are the payment methods you accept?

We accept cash and select other forms of payment (Spendr). We also have an ATM on site for your convenience. For more details on payment options, please contact us directly.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on cannabis products. If you experience any issues with a product, please contact us for assistance.

How much cannabis can I legally purchase at one time?

The legal limit for purchasing medical cannabis in Ohio is 2.5 ounces of usable cannabis per 14-day period for non-medical. Please check with our staff to ensure you’re within the legal limits.

How can I track my purchases or see my product history?

You can sign up for our loyalty program, where you’ll be able to track your purchases and rewards. Ask a staff member for more details when you visit!

What are edibles, and how do they work?

Edibles are food products infused with cannabis. They are an alternative to smoking or vaping. Edibles can take longer to take effect, typically between 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the individual and the product. UpLift recommends if it’s your first time, to start low and go slow.

What is a cannabis concentrate?

A cannabis concentrate is a potent form of cannabis that is extracted using various methods. It can be consumed in different forms such as oils, waxes, and shatter. Concentrates are often more concentrated in cannabinoids, making them stronger than flower.

Can I use cannabis while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Is cannabis safe for pets?

Cannabis is not recommended for pets. If you suspect your pet has ingested cannabis, contact your veterinarian immediately.
