Can I purchase from a dispensary without a medical card?

Why do you accept the last patient 30 minutes prior to closing and not until your closing time?
We accept our last patient 30 minutes prior to closing in order to remain compliant with state regulations. This allows our staff enough time to complete our sales before our posted closing time. We ask that New Patients who have not been seen at our dispensary show 1 hour prior to closing to complete NP paperwork.
Do you accept debit card payments?
We are working diligently on getting debit card processing in our location. For now, we accept cash and an ATM is on site for your use if needed.
Can I purchase from a dispensary without a medical card?
No, you cannot purchase from our dispensary without a medical card.
Do you have an ATM onsite?
Yes, we have an ATM onsite for your use.
Are service animals welcome?
Yes, service animals are welcome in the dispensary but must have an appropriate identifying vest.
Why do I not see my Veteran or Indigent discount online when I place an order?
Veteran and Indigent discounts will be applied in store during checkout. The online system is not linked to your OARRS profile which displays your Vet/IND status, this is manually verified at checkout.
What if I can’t pick up my online order? Will it be saved?
We hold online orders for 2 hours beyond your scheduled pick-up time. After two hours, items may be sold to the next available patient depending on the demand of products reserved. If the order is not picked up by the close of business, items will be restocked, and you will need to place a new order online.
What time does online ordering start?
Online ordering will open each night at 8 pm for the next business day.
